Business administrators have a highly transferable set of knowledge, skills and behaviours that can be applied in all sectors. During this training Business Administrators will develop key skills and behaviours to support their own progression towards management responsibilities.
Who is the course for?
Business Administrator (Level 3 Standard) will suit staff working in administrative roles in a business, such as office supervisor, personal assistant, administrator or secretary with a level of responsibility in their roles.
What will you study?
The Business Administrator (Level 3 Standard) course will show Business Administrator how to deliver their responsibilities efficiently and with integrity – showing a positive attitude.

- Managing your own performance and self development

- Improving processes
- Microsoft business skills
Where will the apprenticeship take place?
This will be a mixture of development in the workplace and knowledge workshops at our premises in Liverpool & St Helens and via virtual learning platforms.
Progression Opportunities
On completion, Business Administrator (Level 3 Standard) students can continue their learning with a team leading qualification, or take on a customer service qualification to add to their range of skills.
